E-Commerce in Next Normal: The Trends and Technology

On June 04, I presented an insight session at the first-ever Daraz (Daraz Online Shopping) presents “BANGLADESH E-COMMERCE SUMMIT 2022” powered by Dotlines, in association with Ecourier (eCourier.com.bd) & The Business Standard.

“The Next Normal” is a term coined by McKinsey. It is based on the assumption that there is a before and after; the period before COVID-19 and the new normal that will emerge in the post-viral era: the next normal. The Covid- 19 situation has affected the lifestyles of people around the world. The changes in lifestyle reflect essential trends in the future caused by behavior and different attitudes to life especially the exposure to technology and new digital services including e-commerce platforms.
